Coach Ponds.

COACH PONDS are two ponds of 30 acres in beautiful surroundings. The sides of the pond will be enhanced and raised to make this a highly productive crappie pond. The pond is fed by artesian water wells. The perimeter of these ponds are over 5,000 feet in length and will be surrounded by all waterfront lots. This area is set aside for Class A Motorcoaches no older than 15 years. These lots will be sold to the owners of the Motorcoaches and utilized by only these owners. The owners can also construct small guest homes on the property of no more than 800 square feet. There will be 100 waterfront lots with direct access to water. The area will have its own clubhouse, swimming pool and laundry.
The area will have its own separate entrance, but all amenities of Living Waters will be accessible to the residents of this area. |
