About Living Waters.
Living Waters is the Resort/Estate Management division of our sister company, Prime Harvest, Inc. located on the property and the owner/developer/operator of the various developments. Living Waters will be solely responsible for the development of the land for sale to the public, the supply of municipal water to each property and the maintenance of roads, dikes, drainage areas, airport operations and site security. Living Waters is the sole architectural review authority over the project to approve or deny home, garage, carport, and outbuilding designs etc.

Prime Harvest, Inc. is developing the property to be a self-sufficient holding for the following purposes:
- Producer of the finest quality beef products including Kosher meat from the best animals available in the country. The beef facility is capable of processing bovine animals all the way to finished packaged meats ready for consumption, including steaks, hamburger, roasts, ribs, and everything in between. Every part of the animal is utilized, and byproducts include hides, organic fertilizer, bone fertilizer, blood meal, meat meal, and pharmaceutical components. Meat offal will be utilized to make organic fish food for feeding to the Aquaculture portion of the farm. The beef tallow will be processed into biodiesel which, if desired, can power the entire farm when combined with solar power.
- Fertilizer will be produced from our animal and fish waste products. Everything is fully recycled.
- Adjacent to the Aquaculture will be large multiple acre greenhouses utilizing nutrient rich discharge from the fish operations. This will provide nutrients for the plants while the 61- degree water will cool the greenhouses during the summer and warm them during the winter. Fish produce CO2, which builds up in the water, and this gas from the water flows to the greenhouses to produce 70% better yields from the plants it nourishes.
- Just as Prime Harvest desires to produce the most wholesome foods, it also desires to provide many opportunities for likeminded people to have safe, wholesome, and fun places for families to come and enjoy. The natural development of the land is to center everything around our God Given Gift of abundant water and productive soil. It is for this reason we are now developing these resources and sharing them with others.
