Living Waters sits on 1,850 acres in Red River County, Texas with two miles of river frontage. This land is one of the finest pieces of land in Texas and overlies an extremely valuable artesian aquifer of excellent water quality with almost limitless quantities. This aquifer is under the north portion of our land and the water naturally flows from our wells reaching 28 feet in the air under its own pressure. This water is crystal clear at 61 degrees and is the driving force for all the projects on this property. The volume is only limited by pipe and pump sizes.

​Our property is a short drive to Paris, Texas and less than two hours’ drive from the suburbs of Dallas Texas. The closest major airports are in the Dallas area. ​

Aquaculture Facilities

Aquaculture Facilities are under construction for the commercial rearing of Salmonids including trout, steelhead, and Atlantic Salmon. The process starts with the purchase of fish eggs, which are then hatched and raised to maturity. Once fully grown they are harvested, processed, packaged, and sold principally to commercial markets. The first pod of ponds is under construction and will produce 5,000,000 pounds of fish annually. A new fish food plant is now being constructed to match our capacity and beyond.

Food Production

Food Production areas will be encouraged on the landowner’s property to include greenhouses, garden areas, fruit trees, berries, etc. Prohibited plants include tobacco, cannabis, and any other drug or alcohol producing plant. Prohibited areas for gardens are from the body of water to the home to prevent soil and fertilizers from flowing or leaching into the body of water. All ground from the home to the water’s edge shall be covered in grass.

Irrigation Water

Irrigation Water is readily available in quantities for food production. Since many of the properties are waterfront, irrigation water can be pumped by each homeowner as required for irrigation purposes on their property.

Shared Use of Water Bodies

Shared Use of Water Bodies by all homeowners and their guest is included in the purchase of the lots. Designated fishing and swimming areas for water access will be provided to each body of water. Boat access to Victory Lake will be provided for all property owners use.

Farm Operations

Farm Operations will be ongoing with various crops being planted, harvested, and processed including forage crops, grains, legumes, cattle, fruit. As much as possible, farm operations will be organic, except in emergency situations such as infestations of army worms, etc.
